The governor of TAT, Yathasak Supasorn, says he wants to promote Thai culinary art through a festival of flavors. Cuisine is a source of national pride in Thailand. It’s not just a way to fill your stomach. It is an art, a way of life, an integral part of local history and culture. This event aims to introduce Thai cuisine from all regions, both to locals and tourists passing through.

What will be on the program?

Seafood lovers will find what they are looking for at the “Fisherman’s Village” stands, with fresh products straight from southern Thailand. A space will be reserved for the best street food from the 7 corners of Thailand. For the occasion, tuk-tuks will be transformed into food trucks, available to taste the 6 dishes that have made Thailand so famous at the culinary level: Tom Yum Kung, Pad Thai, Som Tam, Green Curry, Massaman Curry and

Tom Kha Cheerful.

The best restaurants from the 5 regions of Thailand will be represented through their culinary prowess.
It will be possible to attend Thai cooking demonstrations, in the company of a chef specializing in molecular cuisine.
Notice to fruit lovers: whether fresh or dried, you are sure to find what you are looking for. Stands with organic products from local farmers will be highlighted. Different types of rice will be available for testing and discovery.
